How does the Smarcomms' cancellation policy work

You may cancel or downgrade your plan anytime before your next billing date. However, we are unable to refund payments for services already rendered beyond the guarantee period.

What happens if there's a payment issue

If a payment fails, your service will be suspended until full payment is received. We do not prorate fees for suspension periods.

What about discounted plans

If you cancel a discounted plan, that specific discount will not be available upon re-subscription.

How to request a refund

For eligible refunds, please contact our customer support team. Refunds typically process within 3-7 business days depending on your payment card's bank.
