How long does it take for your first set of posts?

Your first set of posts is usually delivered for approval within 4 business days after you sign up and complete your new client Intake Form. Here's how the process unfolds at Smarcomms:

Day 0: Getting started

  1. Complete the new client Intake Form After checkout, you'll be directed to our comprehensive Intake Form. This crucial step helps us understand your brand, goals, and guidelines.

  2. Access your Client Portal While you're completing the Intake Form, we'll email you access credentials for your Client Portal, it's your hub for account and billing management.

  3. Set up your Social Media Dashboard Once the Intake Form is complete, you'll receive an invite to set up your Social Media Dashboard:

Day 1: Content Creator assignment and research

  1. Content Creator assignment: We'll assign a dedicated Content Creator to your account within one business day of sign-up.

  2. Research: Your Content Creator begins research to inform your content plan.

Day 2: Content development

  1. Initial content creation: Your Content Creator develops the first batch of posts based on the research and your intake form information.

  2. Editorial review Our editorial team reviews the posts for quality assurance.

Day 4: Client review

  1. First batch of posts delivered We'll send you the first set of posts for your review and approval.

  2. Feedback integration We promptly incorporate any feedback you provide to refine our approach. Revisions are usually completed within 1 business day.

Ongoing content creation and optimization

  1. Regular post creation We continue to create and schedule posts according to your chosen plan.

  2. Performance monitoring We continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies based on data and your feedback.

  3. Ongoing communication Our team maintains clear communication channels for any questions or adjustments needed.
