If you're having trouble accessing your Smarcomms Social Media Dashboard, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Head to the Login Screen
Navigate to the Social Media Dashboard login screen.
Step 2: Click 'Reset your password?'
Look for the "Reset your password?" link just below the password field and click it.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
In the pop-up window, enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Reset Password'.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and look for a message from Smarcomms or 'Cloud Campaign' (our software provider) containing a unique login link.
Step 5: Update Your Password
Once you're back in your account, go to your profile settings and update your password to something memorable but secure.
Important Notes:
Check your spam folder if you don't see the recovery email within a few minutes.
The recovery link is for one-time use and expires shortly after being sent.
Resetting your password doesn't affect your account data or settings.
