How to regain Access to the Social Media Dashboard?

Simple steps to log in to the Smarcomms Social Media Dashboard when you've forgotten your password.

If you're having trouble accessing your Smarcomms Social Media Dashboard, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Head to the Login Screen

Step 2: Click 'Reset your password?'

Look for the "Reset your password?" link just below the password field and click it.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

In the pop-up window, enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Reset Password'.

Step 4: Check Your Email

Open your email inbox and look for a message from Smarcomms or 'Cloud Campaign' (our software provider) containing a unique login link.

Step 5: Update Your Password

Once you're back in your account, go to your profile settings and update your password to something memorable but secure.

Important Notes:

  • Check your spam folder if you don't see the recovery email within a few minutes.

  • The recovery link is for one-time use and expires shortly after being sent.

  • Resetting your password doesn't affect your account data or settings.
