If you're having trouble logging in to your Smarcomms Client Portal, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Head to the Login Screen
Navigate to the Smarcomms Client Portal login screen.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address you used when you signed up for Smarcomms.
Step 3: Click 'Forgot Password?'
Look for the "Forgot Password?" link just below the password field and click it.
Step 4: Send a Recovery Link
Click the "Send Recovery Link" button on the next screen.
Step 5: Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and look for a message from Smarcomms containing a unique login link.
Step 6: Update Your Password
Once you're back in your account, go to your profile settings and update your password to something memorable but secure.
Important notes:
Check your spam folder if you don't see the recovery email within a few minutes.
The recovery link is for one-time use and expires shortly after being sent.
Resetting your password doesn't affect your account data or settings.
