🤔 Troubleshooting Issues:
If you do not have a Facebook Business Manager or Ad Account
Click on 'Create a new Business Manager, Ad Account or other assets'
2. Create New Facebook Business Manager Account
3. Define the account details
4. Continue with creating Ad Account
5. Complete your Ad Account setup
6. Add a payment method & verify your email
7. You will be redirected to the request page, which has your newly created assets pre-populated
8. Follow the steps to Share the Ad Account with your Agency
If you have an Ad Account, but it is in a different Business Manager (B)
Go to the Ad Account section of your Business Manager and select "Add an ad account".
Add your ad account by inserting the ad account ID (Here's how to find your ad account ID)
You are not an admin of the Ad Account (C)
Please ensure that you have admin rights for the Facebook Ad Account you're attempting to share. If you don't, you'll need to obtain these permissions or share the link with an admin.
To share your ad account with Smarcomms, you can simply go back to the Smarcomms Facebook Ads connection page. You will be able to select the ad account now.
