Managing your Smarcomms subscription is easy and fully self-service. Whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or restart your subscription, you can do it all through your Client Portal.
Here's a series of quick guides to help you navigate your subscription options:
How do you access your Smarcomms subscription settings?
Click "Subscription" from the left sidebar menu
Click the specific subscription you want to edit from the list
In the upper right of the screen, click the three-dot menu
Select the appropriate option from the list

How do you upgrade or downgrade your plan?
Click "Subscription" from the left sidebar menu
Click the specific subscription you want to edit from the list
In the upper right of the screen, click the three-dot menu
Select "Change Plan"
Choose your desired plan and follow the prompts
How do you switch to annual billing?
Save money by switching to annual billing. Get 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12 months of service):
Click "Shop" from the left sidebar menu
Click the type of plan based on your current plan
Add the yearly version of your current plan to cart
Proceed to checkout
How do you restart your subscription?
If you've previously cancelled and want to restart:
Click "Shop" from the left sidebar menu
Select the type of plan you'd like to restart
Add to Cart
Proceed to Checkout
Complete the Intake Form
If you've already completed an Intake Form and want to use that, please mention this in your new order's Intake Form
We recommend completing a new one if it's been a while since your last subscription
How do you manage your payment method?
Please follow these simple steps to update/manage your credit card on file with our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Click "Payment" from the left sidebar menu
To add a payment method, click the "Add payment method" button
To remove your card, click the three-dot menu
